
From the diary of a HYPOXI user
Just in time before the summer holidays graphic designer Sabine K. made a self-experimentation. Because of a few disturbing fat pads, she wanted to test how fast HYPOXI would be effective. She kept the development process for us in a diary…
First time at the studio – strict recording
Today I was in the studio for the first time. There is a very pleasant atmosphere, my HYPOXI-Coach is a very friendly and and easy going person. First,I was weighed and measures very accurately (!): Thigh relaxed, thigh straight, belly, buttocks …. Now all measurements are recorded on the treatment card. Measuring was not fun.
But it feels great to have everything in black and white. In addition, notes on health, connective tissue etc. were recorded on the treatment card. Then there was a theoretical instruction before I could do the trial in the device. Now I am really eager to start.
1. HYPOXI-day: sweating forbidden!
Today we started. After analyzing the last time, the L250 was designed as my main training device. Here I can cycle in a lay down position. That is really pleasant!
Due to the low resistance, it wasn’t exhausting at all. I didn’t even sweat and therefore wanted to exercise harder. However, this was banned by my HYPOXI-Coach as it is contra productive. After the training, I felt incredibly relaxed and balanced.
It tingled pleasantly. I immedeately sensed that something was happening to my skin.



2. HYPOXI-day: pulse control
I feel like a professional athlete: Thermo control and pulse monitor, to monitor skin temperature and heart frequency. At first it seemed a bit funny but quickly got used to it. My coach gives me the good feeling that the training success is constantly checked. Particularly pleasant is that I can read during the sessions.
The half hour passes quickly. Again, the pleasant tingling afterwards. Hopefully it will work out with the slimmimg down until the holidays!
4. HYPOXI-day: first success
Applying the thermo control, pulse sensor and vacuum blanket as well as entering the device are already routine. The training itself has become a pleasant habit. Again, I sense, rightly that something is happening. The appetite afterwards shows that the metabolismwas stimulated. This is somehow similar as after diving.
Have the feeling that the skin is already tighter and smoother. The scales saysthat I have already lost 800 g. I’m already looking forward to the next weighing.
Shopping and cinema
Have bought myself new Jeans. The sales lady has me in a smaller size! At the cinema counter, I was asked if I had a student from the HYPOXI-treatment… Anyway, I’m still happy! 😉



6. HYPOXI-day: interim measurement
Today, an interim measurement took place … strained! I was quite nervous. Was it all worth it? But then there was great reason for the joy: on my “main target” lower belly I lost 2 cm circumference.
And on each leg 2.5 cm. Tonight after dinner I treated myself to half a chocolate bar. When my coach reads this later, there may be trouble!
9. HYPOXI-day: chocolate isn’t fattening
No setback due to the chocolate. I am relieved! Meanwhile, I am a real professional. The training sessions are pleasant, not exhausting. Rarely sweating and not tired at all afterwards. As always, the pleasant tingling sensation remains and one has the feeling that the application has an effect all day.
11. HYPOXI-day: good belly feeling
Have been looking forward to eating during the training. It is amazing how fit you are if you do not eat fat and carbohydrates in the evenings but eat proteins. They do not restrict, and the next morning you have a good feeling. My skin feels better from day to day. The fat pads are continuously decreasing.
Grand finale!
Today – the final: I was eager to burst. At home, I had checked everything in front of the mirror and then went to the studio… Great! Loss 4 cm round the belly and 5 cm round each thigh. I decreased weight at exactly the right places. Also my skin is much firmer and everthing feels great. I am very happy. Now the diving holidays can come.
HYPOXI-Blog: The first question: Would you do it again?
Sabine K.: Yes. The training was really enjoyable. For me, it was also a good occasion to think about my dietary habits. I learned to eat more consciously without keeping a diet. Without chocolate, I couldn’t live either.
HYPOXI-Blog: Did you have any difficulties?
Sabine K.: the organization of the time, every now and then was a bit difficult. Especially because one shouldn’t do sports on the same day. This requires some planning. Therefore, I found the combination of HYPOXI-Demology treatment followed by half an hour jogging on the treadmill on the intermediate days very good.
HYPOXI-Blog: Motivation wasn’t a problem at all?
Sabine K.: No! It lured the better figure, which I wanted to show proundly on holiday at the beach. This was motivation enough!
HYPOXI-Blog: Was it annoying to make notes?
Sabine K.: On the contrary, the diary helps with the treatments, as one becomes more conscious and serioustowards the whole matter.
HYPOXI-Blog: A few weeks has already passed since your training. How do you feel?
Sabine K.: Still great! My belly circumference is smaller and I still have the feeling that the skin on the buttocks and the back of the thighs is tighter and smoother than before.
