Finally some good news that gets under your skin: There is a method that really helps women to fight against stubborn fat and unsightly dimples on on the thighs and buttocks. The HYPOXI-Method was developed specifically for targeted body shaping and sustainable cellulite treatment.
Cupping therapy, compression therapy, fat burning training – You can not pick up a women’s magazine in which one does not read about these methods. Most of us have at least tried one of them to get rid of fat or cellulite. Unfortunately, too often we find out that the effect wasn’t that good or that it didn’t occur on the desired areas. This observation regarding the therapies mentioned above were also made by the sports scientist Dr. Norbert Egger (see interview below) after running a women’s body shaping studio for about 25 years. Because he wasn’t satisfied with such poor results gained from traditional methods he developed a new figure forming therapy which would work in a more effective and specific way. The aim was to reduce fat deposits exactly where it’s most disturbing – in the problem areas. So he combined cupping therapy, compression therapy and fat burning workout in an innovative way and called this new approach the HYPOXI-Method. As a bonus, he also found out a way to treat cellulite much more effectively than before.
Gently, but effectively: The HYPOXI-Method eliminates fat deposits on the problem areas.
Particular effect and wellbeing
Many methods with a wrong approach
To understand why fat doesn’t automatically disappear from desired areas, one needs to know a basic fact about the human metabolism: body fat is always reduced from those areas where it is easily and promptly available. These body parts vary depending on gender and the individual predisposition. Especially for women, these areas are not generally seen as the problemzones. Many who have tried several times before to reduce weight, repeatedly notice that they lose the pounds from the face or chest, rather than at the thighs and buttocks. Particularly, this effect can be observed when a person all of a sudden, takes up a lot of sports or goes on a strict diet. Drastic diets also have the undesirable side effect that leads to the notorious yo-yo effect which rather intensifies longlasting figure problems.
As per Dr. Egger, not only the metabolism in the problem areas but also the skin requires a specific activation so that a detoxification and skin thightening can take place. Muscle movement is not sufficient enough. Here HYPOXI uses a highly effective combination of vacuum and compression therapy – the HYPOXI-Dermology which specifically fights against flabby, sagging skin and water retentions.
Fat put “under pressure”
For the breakdown of fat deposits, a precise interaction of alternating pressure therapy plus low physical exercise is used. Hereby both components do have a very specific task. The moderate exercise ensures that the general metabolism is kept at the optimum fat burning level. But only by change in pressure the desired effect at the problem zones is achieved. This specifically increases the metabolism in the affected body regions. “In this way”, says Dr. Egger, “fat deposits are activated and burned. This only works if the intensity of physical activity is at a moderate level. With great effort, it becomes much harder to dissolve the fat from the problem areas because more blood is then required for the supply to the muscles.”
Less muscle activity results in more fat loss
However, the blood supply of the problem zones is the key for targeted body shaping, since fat is reduced exclusively via the bloodstream. Thus, one of the most important tasks of a body forming therapy is to transport sufficient blood into the dermal tissue of the problem areas so that excess fat can be removed. In this way the fatty acids enter the metabolism. Only now they can be used as fuel by the working muscles. To reduce the biggest possible amount of fat from the problem areas hard training is contra productive because most of the blood is pumped into the muscles. As a direct consequence the blood flow in the fatty tissue remains poor. By moderate training and the alternating pressure change with the HYPOXI-Method, the blood circulation in the problem areas is optimally inspired so that the fat deposits can be reduced in a targeted way.
Distinct Difference by HYPOXI
Sensible temperature differences indicate that certain parts of the body (the problem areas) are badly supplied with blood.
The HYPOXI-Method improves the blood circulation in the problem areas by a change of high pressure and low pressure.
The increased blood flow is the key for an effective reduction of unwanted fat.
In a simple experiment the difference between conventional training and the HYPOXI-Method can be tested: Check your body temperature after 30 minutes of exercise. You will notice that certain parts of the body feel warm, however, your problem zones remain cold. The poor blood circulation is the reason for the lower temperature in these areas. The HYPOXI-Method addresses exactly this! During the treatment, these body areas are being precisely supplied with blood.
The brilliant idea for targeted fat burning
Interview from the HYPOXI customer magazine “design your body” (dyb) with HYPOXI-inventor Dr. Norbert Egger
design your body (dyb): Dr. Egger, you are the inventor of HYPOXI. What gave you the idea of inventing a figure therapy?
Dr. Egger: I had been running a body shaping studio for many years and repeatedly noticed that many women despite exercising and therapy couldn’t fight their problem zones. So I began to think about new approaches.
dyb: Until then you practiced the standard methods such as fat burning training and body styling?
Dr. Egger: Yes, and in addition we also carried out the usual measures of cellulite treatments such as cupping and compression therapy.
dyb: And how did the idea come about, the thought of combining fat burning training and compressure therapy?
Dr. Egger: Actually, I only needed to put 1 and 1 together. As a sports scientist, one knows that fat is broken down in areas where the blood flow is strong. So I searched for a way to effectively increase the blood circulation in the problem zones.
dyb: Sounds easier than it probably was in reality?
Dr. Egger: The idea for the therapy came to me relatively quickly. However, the development of the appropriate technology was much more complex. We needed to develop devices that on the one hand offered enough freedom of movement for a moderate exercise and on the other hand, allow the use of high pressure and low pressure.
dyb: The result is a therapy that is now being used in studios, spa’s and wellness hotels worldwide. Surely, this success makes you proud.
Dr. Egger: I would be lying if I say no. But even more, I’m happy to speak to the clients at my studio who tell me how good the HYPOXI-Method works!
Thank you for this interview!
